Customer Service Coordinator
Customer Service Representative
This is not a typical customer service role. You'll be joining a small, high-impact customer service team that supports a large and growing customer base. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and like being the person others rely on to keep things moving smoothly, this role offers real opportunity and visibility. This position starts as a temporary assignment, but strong performance and business needs can lead to permanent placement. There is no defined end date, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term role.
Responsibilities:
- Support a high-volume customer base while delivering responsive, professional service
- Enter, manage, and track orders accurately within the ERP system
- Assist with order coordination, customer data accuracy, and internal reporting
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Maintain consistency, organization, and efficiency in a fast-moving environment
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience working with an ERP system is strongly preferred
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable availability for consistent day-shift hours (no 2nd or 3rd shift schedules)
- Flexible start/end times (7:00-4:00 or 9:00-6:00), as long as hours remain consistent
Education: No Degree Required
Experience: 1-4 years
