Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing lean principles, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions in a production environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering Management).
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, advanced automation) in a manufacturing context.
