Your Daily Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses in conjunction with physicians or independently, based on your credentialing
• Educating patients and their families about prevention strategies, health and wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments consistent with your scope of practice
• Engaging in follow-ups and chronic care management
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless patient care
• Accurately documenting all patient interactions and care using electronic medical records (EMR)

What We're Looking For

• Completed Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current nurse practitioner licensure in Michigan
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC), or equivalent in your specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required or ability to obtain within 90 days
