IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As the Raw Material & Traded Goods Manager at Envalior, you will be responsible for a team of raw material and traded goods material planners supporting US, CA and MX operations.

You and your team will ensure raw materials & traded goods are available when and where needed. You will actively ensure all performance KPI’s are met related to inventory, service level and premium freight. You will develop solutions for inventory gaps, inaccuracies and delays to reduce impact on production operations. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Manage (2) Raw Material Planners and (2) Traded Goods Planners in their daily assignments supporting US/CA/MX; coaching, mentoring, team building and developing skills sets

• Inventory management; optimization efforts to achieve targets, monthly projections and desired stock health

• Work closely with Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehousing to align on material availability timing

• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely supplier throughput, delivery schedules and contract alignment

• Align with S&OP Planning on constraints and planning strategies (MTO/MTF)

• Support cost-saving initiatives; supplier changes, alternate material qualifications, warehouse changes, etc.

• Performs special projects supporting continuous improvement efforts; automation, digitalization, etc.

• SAP material master data enrichment, maintenance and integrity

• Cross-functionally trained in all planning activities to serve as a back-up when needed

• Complies with all established safety policies and procedures

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• BA in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Leadership experience preferred

• Thorough working knowledge of SAP (Preferred) and Microsoft Office (Required)

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to function well in a dynamic environment

• Organizational skills

• Team oriented and collaborative
