Full-time, Indoors, desk work
$14.50/hour, rotating schedules including weekends.
- Inbound and Outbound Customer Service representative- located in Canton, Michigan.
- Full-time schedule, with varying hours as this is a nationwide program: some weekends as the call center is open 7 days-a week.
- Inbound calls will consist of customers seeking repair advice and parts for these repairs.
- There is also a click-to-chat program to assist customers with these requests, updates on orders, and other related requests.
- Assist with navigation through the website and answer questions about products.
- You will be responsible for setting the pathway for an exceptional customer experience. Utilizing strong interpersonal communications, professional manners, empathy, and a desire to help. You will be asked to grow your industry knowledge, becoming the trusted advisor that incoming clients count on to kick off their customer journey.
- Computer skills, customer service skills, and multi-tasking ability are required.

Must be available for all shifts mostly 11am-7pm. They run 24/7 365 days a year.
