Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, validate, and improve tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing methods and process flows.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, yield improvement, and capacity optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Manufacturing process expertise (e.g., machining, assembly, automation)
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Ability to design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration
• Data analytics skills for manufacturing insights (e.g., Python/R for SPC)
