Stateside Lending is hiring our first-ever Scenarios Desk Manager and internal loan processor— a unique opportunity to build this role from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to expert for reviewing new residential and commercial loan opportunities, determining the best lender fit, and working directly with lenders to place even the most complex deals. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll also create the foundation: building and managing our lender database, developing SOPs, and helping design strategies to improve deal placement and lender relationships. If you have strong lending experience, deep knowledge of RESPA, and a problem-solving mindset, this is your chance to shape a role that will grow with you. Additional responsibilities may be added as the job progresses.

What we’re looking for:

• Mortgage or commercial lending experience (loan placement preferred)
• Strong knowledge of RESPA compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, analytical, and self-motivated
• Familiarity with loan processing procedures, document submission, and workflow management
• Experience in facilitating underwriting or liaising with processors (preferred)
• Ability to oversee the journey from application through closing, ensuring timely processing and adherence to lender requirements
• Opportunity to help build and shape the processes and SOPs for lender placement and loan processing. Ideally should evolve into department lead.
• Experience with CRM and LOS

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30,000 base salary
• Performance bonuses:
• $250 per processed closed loan file
• $100 per impacted residential lead once at conditional approval
• 1% (minimum $100) of net commission on commercial deals at funding
