Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, maintenance, and administrative roles to meet staffing needs.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Administer HR programs such as performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
• Facilitate and coordinate employee training and development initiatives, particularly in safety and compliance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee data and timecards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management for a diverse workforce.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport across all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA compliance, workplace safety programs, or workers' compensation management.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in a unionized environment, including grievance handling or collective bargaining support.
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish) relevant to the manufacturing workforce.
