Position Description

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the efficient and effective daily operations of the HR Department including:

• HRIS Management
• File Maintenance
• Leave and Benefit Information
• HealthStream (LMS) Administration
• Service Excellence
• Onboarding Management

Actively supports, promotes and works to fulf ill the Mission, Vision and Values of Cedar Creek Hospital.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field preferred.
• Certification in HR preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working in HR-related field required. 3 to 5 years strongly preferred.
