IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As the US Tax Manager at Envalior, you will ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, while minimizing tax risks in the US. You will actively spearhead accounting strategies and policies for the company . Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and technologies to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

  • Collaborate across teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
  • Drive initiatives aligned with Envalior's commitment to a sustainable future.
  • You will build a solid tax function within the Envalior legal entities in the US, where today all compliance is outsourced. This includes developing and managing the US tax compliance roadmap and related income tax provision calculations.
  • You will act as the point of contact for all US tax-related topics and provide insights on business initiatives and the impact of legislative changes.
  • You will be building our tax technology roadmap!

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 5+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state and local income tax laws and regulations and significant experience with the preparation and review of US tax returns.
  • Prior experience with sales and use tax compliance is advantageous.
  • Substantial experience in tax accounting calculations and managing related tax accounting processes.
  • Team player with strong collaborative and effective communication skills, including the ability to build relationships throughout the organization and explaining tax concepts to non-tax audience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects and responsibilities timely and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance Required; CPA and/or Master’s degree in tax preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite is required.
