Perm - Physician - Dermatology Jackson MI
Henry Ford Medical Center - Cascade Ridge is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to build a dynamic and collaborative team in Jackson, Michigan. This newly renovated medical Center provides a variety of services for men, women and children, combined with a caring professional staff encourages patients to feel welcome and relaxed.
- Open to TRULY Board Eligible candidates within 1 year of graduation (must become Board Certified within 3 years of graduation)
- Desired start date: As soon as possible, with 90 days for credentialing.
- Practice setting: Outpatient and clinic
- Reason for coverage: Reopening the dermatology practice
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Minimum of 36 direct patient contact hours with 4 hours of administrative time.
- Facility's trauma level/designation: Level 2.
- Medical and cosmetic services: Dermatology practice focuses on 90% medical and 10% cosmetic dermatology, with potential for growth in the cosmetic side if desired.
- High procedure volume: Approximately 80% of patient visits involve procedures, ranging from skin tag removals to skin cancer biopsies. Providers typically see 4-5 patients per hour, with 3-4 involving a procedure.
