Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations (FOH & BOH) to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze P&L statements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate on marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, with 2+ years as a GM in upscale dining.
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and familiarity with POS/inventory systems.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
