Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly production, skilled trades, and administrative manufacturing roles.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures for plant personnel.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company standards within the manufacturing environment.
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans for the manufacturing workforce.
• Facilitate and coordinate essential training programs, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational skills development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data for all manufacturing employees.
• Assist with benefits administration and provide support for payroll processing for the factory workforce.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and OSHA regulations
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with union or labor relations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation or significant system upgrades.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
