The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Source and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, specifically targeting manufacturing talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and select candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, operations).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical roles, and industry-specific terminology.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or operations roles within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with common HRIS/ATS platforms used in large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
