Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery for manufacturing operations.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize waste and stockouts while meeting production demands.
• Coordinate logistics operations for inbound materials and outbound finished products, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Forecast demand and plan production schedules in collaboration with sales, production, and operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve quality.
• Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with international sourcing, logistics, and trade compliance.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
