Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair and replace faulty components, parts, and equipment.
• Install, commission, and relocate manufacturing machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure operational accuracy.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and parts used in CMMS.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems).
• Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Welding and fabrication proficiency
• Certification or extensive experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills beyond motor control
