Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
• Perform risk assessments to identify critical control points and potential failure modes in manufacturing operations.
• Analyze validation data, identify deviations, and investigate root causes for non-compliance.
• Prepare validation summary reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain validation documentation, including master validation plans, protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Participate in the qualification of new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing validation documentation and expertise.
• Ensure all validation activities comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in validation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Experience with developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA) and their application in validation.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality systems.
• - Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• - Understanding of industrial automation and control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
