Experienced Painter/Drywaller
We are looking for skilled individuals (not large firms) to join our team for ongoing commercial projects in the Detroit area.
You’re a fit if you:
- Have 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in painting and drywall (hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and repair).
- Can deliver clean, professional finishes on occupied and unoccupied commercial spaces.
- Own your basic tools, have reliable transportation, and can show up on time, every time.
- Understand jobsite safety, can read scopes/drawings, and communicate clearly with supervisors and tenants.
- Can work independently or with a small crew and hit deadlines without constant oversight.
Requirements
- Drywall hanging, finishing (Level 4–5), and patch/repair work.
- Interior painting: prep, priming, and finish coats, including touch‑ups and color changes.
- Protecting surfaces, masking, and daily cleanup to keep sites tenant‑friendly.
- Coordinating with other trades and reporting progress/issues to the project lead.
