Training Manager / Coordinator | Paw Paw, MI
Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, engineers, and maintenance teams.
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and consultation with department managers.
- Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises, for new hires and existing employees.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Track and report on training progress, effectiveness, and ROI, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new manufacturing employees, covering safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training technologies to enhance learning initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training programs.
- - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training completion.
- - Certification in a relevant field such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar.
- - Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual training sessions.
- - Strong understanding of OSHA or other relevant manufacturing safety regulations.
