Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including new hires and existing employees.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and discussions with department managers.
• Design and deliver training materials, modules, and workshops on topics such as safety procedures, equipment operation, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Ability to analyze training needs, measure effectiveness, and report on outcomes.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) specific to manufacturing environments.
• - Certification in a relevant adult learning methodology (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications).
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training development.
• - Experience developing and delivering technical training for specialized machinery or processes.
