About the Position
Join Destination Knot as a Virtual Client Care & Hotel Booking Assistant, supporting travelers with hotel selections, reservations, and guest inquiries. You’ll combine customer-service excellence with attention to detail to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with hotel searches and confirmations
- Ensure booking accuracy and timely communication
- Handle customer questions professionally
- Support administrative tasks related to hotel stays
