We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician specializing in the vegetative stage of plant growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining healthy plant environments and contributing to our top-notch cultivation practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and manage the vegetative growth phase, ensuring optimal health and vigor of plants.
- Execute daily care and maintenance including watering, pruning, and general plant health assessments.
- Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to implement growth strategies and schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cultivation areas to ensure a sterile and efficient working environment.
- Accurately document plant conditions, growth stages, and environmental parameters.
- Monitor and adjust humidity, lighting, and temperature to support plant health.
- Identify and respond to potential plant health issues, implementing solutions and preventive measures.
- Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and tools as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; specialized training or education in horticulture or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with plant cultivation, especially in the vegetative stage, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of plant biology and growth cycles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
