• A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• This is a hybrid role , with onsite attendance required two days per week (Monday and Wednesday) .
• Benefit coding experience is a must-have requirement. While NASCO experience is beneficial, NASCO experience alone would not satisfy the requirements of the role.
• Candidates should have strong healthcare/benefits administration knowledge and experience supporting benefit configuration and coding activities.
• Medical claims benefits processing
• Health benefit coding & defect analysis .
• Claims System analysis & testing
• Corporate projects & healthcare reform initiatives .
