[Active Hring] AI Prompt Engineer

AI Prompt Engineer This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the technology ecosystem by contributing to the development of an AI-driven backend platform. As part of a pioneering team, you’ll help build and orchestrate AI agents that automate software development tasks, collaborate with high-level engineers to create a prompt engineering platform, and support the transition from a traditional full-stack system to a modern, headless Agentic AI architecture. You’ll also be involved in QA testing, platform development, and refining AI prompts—all within a fast-paced, research-heavy environment that values curiosity and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Testing and improving how AI understands and responds to requests
• Developing and refining AI prompts that guide workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and build scalable solutions
• Build integrations to MCP servers & agent orchestration tools

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
• General knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to a rapidly evolving tech space
• Bonus: Coursework or experience in AI, Cognitive Science, or Human Factors/UX

• LLM APIs & AI Tools: You’ll get hands-on experience with large language model (LLM) APIs and tools like Vertex AI and LLaMA3, which help power smart AI features.
• Connecting Tools Together: You’ll learn how to link different AI tools and functions using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel—these help AI agents work together smoothly.
• System Integration: You’ll help connect backend systems using basic communication methods and tools built specifically for their platform.
• Debugging AI Responses: You’ll practice reviewing and troubleshooting how AI responds to tasks, making sure it’s accurate and helpful.
• Smart Search & Databases: You’ll work with technologies like vector search and lightweight databases to help AI find and use the right information.
• Human Feedback Tools: You’ll help build tools (like Chrome extensions or VS Code plugins) that allow people to give feedback directly to the AI system.
• AI Testing: Around month 2–3, you’ll start testing how well the AI performs—checking if it gives the right answers, uses the right context, and keeps improving over time.
