Lead Carpenter
About Landmark
Landmark is building a strong in-house renovation team to support a growing apartment portfolio. We lead from the field, not from desks.
This role is for a high-level craftsman who can lead crews, protect quality, and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily jobsite execution
- Manage crew productivity and safety
- Maintain quality standards
- Train and develop team members
- Coordinate tasks and sequencing
- Provide daily photo updates and reporting
- Keep jobsites organized and protected

- Proven leadership on jobsites

Communication Requirements
- Must have reliable iPhone access for daily photo reporting and team communication workflows.
- Must be reachable by phone and text during working hours.
