KIRCO MANIX is seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations from pre-construction through project completion. Based in the field, this critical role acts as the primary representative of KIRCO MANIX Construction, overseeing daily site activity, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. The Project Superintendent coordinates closely with owners, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure a seamless construction process and successful project outcomes.

During the pre-construction phase, the Superintendent works alongside the Project Manager and Owner to conduct due diligence, support design development, assist with permitting, contribute to estimating, and help develop the master schedule and general conditions budget. In the construction phase, the Superintendent takes ownership of all field operations, including managing submittals, RFIs, draw requests, safety procedures, punch lists, and closeout activities. This role also oversees daily logs, progress photos, and field directives using Procore and ensures quality control and safety standards are consistently met.

Candidates should bring 15–20 years of experience in commercial construction, including site development and the construction of office, retail, and light industrial spaces. A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred, though extensive hands-on experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a deep understanding of construction processes, lead times, and budget control. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software is essential.
