What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
- Managing and growing key accounts while responding to RFPs and sales inquiries.
- Conducting site tours and presenting the property to potential clients.
- Negotiating group, corporate, and event contracts to maximize revenue.
- Partnering with Revenue Management and Operations to optimize rates and availability.
- Tracking sales activity, forecasting performance, and monitoring market trends.
Who You Are
- Experienced in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development.
- A confident communicator and negotiator who builds trust quickly.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Guest-focused, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM, PMS, and standard office technology.
