Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace defective parts and components, including motors, pumps, and valves.
• Install new production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission).
• X years of experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial mechanics, maintenance technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Welding and/or fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Background in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
