Executive Assistant

Harvard Resource Solutions is hiring an Executive Assistant to work in Brighton, MI on a temporary basis.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Mon-Thurs in office and Fridays are remote)

Reason for the opening: Maternity leave coverage.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time, onsite, Short Term contract position expected to last a minimum of three months.

PAY: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour based on education and experience level.

Day to Day Tasks

• Email/Inbox Management responses, forwarding to others, flagging and follow up

• Facilitate Doc-U-Signs, flag supervisor and any board members on items, monitoring emails for things they need to respond to

• Calendar tasks accepting/declining, scheduling as needed (on site & off site)

• Meeting assistance lunches, external guests follow up

• Day-to-day tasks as needed

• Travel arrangements flights, cars, hotels

• Morning: Quick tidy of offices/desk coffee cups, garbage.

  Help keep kitchenette stocked chips, water, pop, coffee

Weekly Tasks

• Expense Reports creating, collecting receipts, submitting and reviewing/approving

• Look ahead calendar mgmt. 1-2 weeks ahead moving things due to conflicts.

• Finance-Ops Leadership Meeting Notes any action items or scheduling need

Monthly Tasks:

• Support Accounting in saving and updating EAW Tracker review, save, respond for corrections or update tracker with completed information.

• Meetings Notes (Monthly Business Reviews, Region SI for Action Items)

• Updating monthly investor decks in binders

• Provide support as needed for calendar scheduling, reporting, and misc. office needs.
