Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI solutions for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control documentation, and programming standards.
• Specify, select, and integrate industrial control components such as sensors, actuators, and robotics.
• Commission new equipment and control systems, ensuring operational readiness and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP).
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical control systems, schematics, and instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex automation and control system issues.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and experience with safety PLC programming.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data acquisition and MES integration.
• Familiarity with industrial network design and cybersecurity principles.
