Join us in Otsego, MI, where our 2nd and 3rd shift teams produce quality products and support one another every step of the way. This Temp-to-Perm role starts at $18.40/hour and rewards a safety-first mindset and a passion for craftsmanship.
Imagine Your ShiftYou review specs, assemble components into reliable products, check your work against standards, and keep your station tidy. You sync with your team to stay on pace, and if a machine hiccups or a hazard appears, you notify your supervisor immediately. Throughout it all, you follow safety protocols so everyone goes home safe.
Core Responsibilities- Assemble parts and products per specifications and quality criteria.
- Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Partner with teammates to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Assembly/manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Proven ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
