Server

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
