Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | 4/10’s

Shift Options:

• 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday – Saturday (must work 3 Saturdays within a 6-week period )

Contract Details:

• Duration: Ongoing 13-week contract (extensions available)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Interviews: MS Teams (30–60 minute panel interview)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure safe and effective dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and continuous monitoring of patients undergoing hemodialysis
• Set up, operate, and disinfect dialysis machines
• Perform cannulation , initiate and terminate dialysis treatments
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes or emergencies
• Document patient care, observations, and treatment data accurately
• Administer medications (e.g., saline, heparin) per physician orders under RN supervision
• Educate patients on treatment processes and reinforce care plans
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Certification:
• • Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician ( CCHT )
  • Basic Life Support ( BLS )
• Experience:
• • Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience
• Must be able to:
• • Flip pods and conduct dialysis independently (under RN supervision)
  • Pass medication calculation and dialysis competency exams during orientation
