- Check members in and ensure every visit is a great experience.
- Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries.
- Schedule evaluations and introductory workouts.
- Assist with membership sales and retention.
- Keep the lobby, front desk, and retail area organized and professional.
- Build genuine relationships with members and families.
- Capture photo and video content during training sessions.
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
- Post daily stories, reels, and member highlights.
- Showcase athlete success stories, transformations, coaches, and community events.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, challenges, and special events.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Help grow D1 Training Lake Orion's online presence and community.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable talking with parents, athletes, and adult members.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- Passion for fitness, athletics, health, or sports is a huge plus.
- Photography or video editing experience is a bonus.
- Members know your name and feel welcomed every time they walk in.
- Our social media consistently showcases the energy and culture of D1.
- Content is posted consistently and reflects our brand.
- Prospective members are excited to visit after seeing our online presence.
- The front desk runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.
