Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials.
• Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting components prior to welding.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor welding issues or equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• AWS certification or equivalent professional welding certification.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, Stick) and materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum).
• Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and welding symbols.
• Basic fabrication skills, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
• Experience with quality control procedures and visual inspection of welds.
• Forklift operation certification or experience.
