What You’ll Do

• Post and manage job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
• Review and screen a high volume of applicants daily
• Schedule interviews quickly and efficiently to keep our pipeline moving
• Communicate with candidates—confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and rejections
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
• Partner closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals
• Track recruiting activity and help drive key hiring metrics
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment steps

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Strong communication skills, clear, professional, and responsive
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus)
• Team player with a competitive edge and strong work ethic

Work Environment

This is an on-site role in our Troy, MI office. Standard business hours apply, with flexibility needed during peak hiring periods. Expect a high-energy environment with a lot of moving pieces and constant communication.
