Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available now for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support K-12 students within a school setting in Warren, MI. This role focuses on providing evaluation, intervention, and therapy services aligned with individual student needs throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct speech therapy services to students to address articulation, fluency, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a school-based SLP
• Experience working with the K-12 student population in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain timely documentation
