Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on safety, operational efficiency, and skill development for the manufacturing workforce.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations and their application in manufacturing
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for production and skilled trades roles
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, safe workplace culture
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and their HR implications.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and compliance.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems tailored for shift-based manufacturing operations.
