Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for all manufacturing and administrative positions.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes within the plant.
- Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on safety, skills development, and leadership for manufacturing staff.
- Administer performance management systems and foster a high-performance culture across all departments.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain skilled manufacturing talent.
- Collaborate with operations leadership on workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and working in unionized settings.
- Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse roles, from production to skilled technical positions within a manufacturing plant.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to partner strategically with plant leadership.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with labor relations, including collective bargaining or union avoidance strategies.
- Demonstrated application of Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies within HR.
- Strong background in fostering a robust safety culture and ensuring OSHA compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS/timekeeping systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos, UKG).
