Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay: Internal candidates - current step, External candidates - $19.34 / hour
Additional Details: PT Mon-Fri 0730-1200. The desired location for this position would be Kincheloe, MI. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
