Quality Auditor
Location: Rockford, MI
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:45pm-2am; Monday-Thursday)
Pay: $18.50/hr.

About Us:
We are a fast-paced manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products for our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team and help ensure our products meet strict quality standards.
Job Summary:
The Quality Auditor is responsible for inspecting, auditing, and documenting production processes and finished products to verify compliance with company and customer specifications. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a culture of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Audit production processes and documentation for compliance with quality standards.
- Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
- Record inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to supervisors and operators.
- Work with production teams to identify nonconformances and support corrective actions.
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines while maintaining an organized work area.
- Assist with training production staff on quality requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous quality inspection or auditing experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of measurement tools and inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand product specifications (preferred).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
