Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to settings to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and part quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and associated tooling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Demonstrated skill in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Experience with G-code/M-code programming and editing.
• Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and machining processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming and simulation.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Experience with multi-axis (4-axis, 5-axis) machining.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
