Reporting to the Store Leader, as a Retail Specialist you will act as an ambassador of the brand. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and driving sales. This position involves in-store support and delivery driving , engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable assistance to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, handling transactions efficiently, and staying informed about the latest products and promotions.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Represent Skymint in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate current promotions.
• Responsible for driving sales and the Skymint guest experience.
• Promote guest retention through exceptional service.
• Ensure store compliance standards are met.
• Cash handling skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to effectively recommend cannabis products to guests based on needs.
• Staying current with new products, trends, operations and regulations by utilizing the Skymint Learning Management System.
• Daily tasks including servicing guests, cleaning, stocking, order fulfillment and store merchandising.

• Excellent guest service skills
• Desire to develop knowledge of our products and services

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Basic computer and information technology skills
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
• Physical requirements- ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 30lbs.

• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales and retail experience
• Prior cannabis industry knowledge
• Experience in a heavily regulated environment
