Compensation Structure

$3,400/month base for licensed producers with Property & Casualty + Life & Health

$2,880/month base for producers with Property & Casualty only

+ Commission & Bonus Opportunities based on performance

Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Hands on Training

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients using provided leads and self-generated opportunities
• Generate and deliver 20+ insurance quotes per day across multiple product lines
• Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring they understand policy benefits and value
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell (Auto, Home, Life, and other lines) to maximize household coverage
• Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales and build a strong pipeline
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the agency CRM
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and carrier changes
• Work closely with team members and leadership to improve sales performance and processes
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term client relationships
• Maintain professionalism in both communication and business casual appearance in an in-office setting
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to continuously improve performance

• Active Property & Casualty License required (Michigan)
• Life & Health License preferred (required to qualify for higher base pay tier)
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Grandville, MI
• Willingness and ability to make 150+ outbound calls daily
• Ability to produce 20+ quotes per day consistently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and in-person)
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and apply coaching and feedback
• Maintain business casual professional appearance daily
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
