Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of a manufacturing team to ensure production goals are met.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor production workflow, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety checks.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
