Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and performance.
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Oversee all reactive maintenance and repair operations, minimizing production downtime and ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards within all maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production management to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall manufacturing goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including staff development and performance management.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Thorough knowledge of industrial safety regulations and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC programming
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM module) for maintenance integration
