Lifecycle Marketing Intern - Summer 2026

As a Lifecycle Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience developing and managing communication strategies across different client lifecycle stages. You'll learn how to create communication journeys for prospects and existing clients across various channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help build client segments. This internship offers valuable exposure to marketing strategies that build long-term client relationships while ensuring cohesive and compelling messaging.

About The Role

• Learn about lifecycle marketing by attending meetings, huddles and trainings related to client communications
• Assist in designing promotional communication journeys via email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail
• Help build and refine client segments for targeted promotional communication
• Support the analysis of audience insights to tailor communication strategies
• Assist in developing testing roadmaps and analyzing performance metrics
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop cohesive and compelling messaging
• Share creative ideas that will help improve our marketing strategies

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Self-directed approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in customer relationship management (CRM)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics
• Experience with social media marketing
• Interest in financial services industry
