Front Office & Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and highly organized individual to manage the front office and reception desk while also supporting key operational and legal functions. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to play a central role in the success of both our Michigan and Ohio offices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff at the reception desk
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and staff as needed
Coordinate IT support requests and serve as liaison with vendors and service providers
Oversee facilities management for both Michigan and Ohio offices, including maintenance and office operations
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Support general office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
Qualifications
Prior experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to balance front desk responsibilities with back-office operational duties
Comfort working with technology, IT support coordination, and facilities management
Some legal support experience a plus, but not required
Compensation
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour , commensurate with experience
