Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine root causes.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, and systems.
• Install and commission new production machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and equipment status.
• Collaborate with production teams and engineers to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex production machinery.
• Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Basic PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
• Welding and/or fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
