The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Collision Center Technician to join our team and help provide high-quality repair services to our customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to repair vehicles and restore them to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction with every job. If you have a passion for working with vehicles, a keen eye for detail, and experience in auto body repair, we want you to be a part of our team!

What You'll Do

  • Collision Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs on vehicles, including frame, body, and mechanical work to restore them to pre-accident condition.
  • Repair Process: Follow repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines to ensure repairs are done to the highest standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the service advisors and customers to ensure that the repair process meets their needs, timelines, and expectations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning and appearance, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Tools and Equipment: Utilize advanced tools and equipment to perform repairs and ensure proper diagnostic results.

  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Previous experience as a collision center technician or in a similar automotive repair role..
    • Experience in all aspects of auto body repair, including frame alignment, welding, and finishing.
    • Familiarity with using modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
    • Ability to repair and replace parts such as bumpers, fenders, doors, and structural components.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
    • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with service advisors and customers.
